Cave Jasper Pear Briolettes measure approximately 28x10mm to 40x11mm in size, have a vitreous luster on the quartz portion of the gem and a dull luster on the ore portion of the gem, the bead shape is elongated to show the detail of the matrix and quartz feature, the gems look as if each were dipped in icing at the bottom, and the color is a slate grey mottled hue with a white milky quartz shoulder section for a truly unique piece. The top of one bead is broken above the drill hole; this bead will fit into a cap or will work for wire wrapping. The uniqueness and well made elongated pear shapes of the strand are what make this a great value.
